The search for a 22-year-old surfer missing off the coast of Western Australia has been suspended for the rest of Monday.
WA Police said there had been no sightings of Kane Nelson, who is believed to have drowned.
They said the search would resume on Tuesday, depending on weather conditions, although it would be scaled back.
The surfer got into trouble in a vicious rip at Margaret River's Redgate Beach, 280km south of Perth, on Saturday afternoon.
Another man who was caught in the rip, 29-year-old American visitor Ian Bradley Vincent, was reached by rescuers, but they were unable to revive him.
