Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall wind up their visit Down Under with a day in the nation's capital on Saturday.
The best opportunities for Canberrans to see the royal couple will be at 11.30am (AEDT) beside Lake Burley Griffin, when they will officially rename Parkes Place Queen Elizabeth Terrace, and outside the Australian War Memorial at 3.30pm.
The weather forecast is for a partly cloudy day with a maximum of 20C.
Prime Minister Julia Gillard and Opposition Leader Tony Abbott will each have meetings with Prince Charles and Camilla at Government House.
They will also attend an official luncheon at the governor-general's Yarralumla residence.
After laying a wreath at the war memorial, the royals will leave Australia to continue their tour in New Zealand.
