As an out-of-control fire burns near the Bargo State Forest in New South Wales, four properties are bracing and firefighting reinforcement have travelled to the area.
The NSW Rural Fire Service says four properties on William Street may be threatened by the fire if it's not brought under control.
Heavy smoke is drifting over the town of Bargo, and flames are visible from Remembrance Drive, although the road is not affected.
A hazard reduction burn leapt out of control at around 8.50am AEST this morning.
