Australia have enjoyed a productive early session on the final day of the World Cup track cycling round at Melbourne's Hisense Arena.
Anna Meares won her first-round keirin race and will have a busy program tonight, when she hopes to win the keirin final and the 500m time trial.
Kaarle McCullock was also a round-one winner in the keirin.
Shane Perkins qualified fastest in the sprint and then easily won through to tonight's semi-finals, where he will face British rider Ross Edgar
The Australian women's teams pursuit squad qualified third-fastest, putting them into the bronze-medal ride against Ukraine.
