Prime Minister Julia Gillard says she is committed to working closely with the Labor caucus and not concerned about leadership speculation.
The caucus will meet in Canberra on Sunday for a three-hour strategy meeting, ahead of the start of parliament next week.
While Kevin Rudd will be in Europe, the prospects of a switch back to the former leader are likely to be on the minds of many caucus members.
Ms Gillard told Canberra radio 2CC today her style was to talk to her caucus members on a regular basis.
Asked about reports of a Rudd revival within weeks, Ms Gillard says she doesn't worry about chatter in the media, but gets on with the job.
