Secret Defence memos reveal one of the cadets charged over the Skype sex scandal was re-arrested for breaching bail conditions.
Defence Minister Stephen Smith released 116 internal sensitive documents yesterday, known as Hot Issues Briefs, to provide more transparency and accountability.
The secret files detail 18 sexual assault investigations and 58 relate to inappropriate behaviour, while others include criminal charges related to murder, rape, assault and theft.
Among the details is also a brief revealing that one of the cadets charged over the Skype scandal was held in police custody overnight for breaching bail conditions and failing to report to an ACT police station.
