The worldwide symbol of the entertainment industry is about to get a revamp.
Like all hot celebrities living in the showbiz bubble, the Hollywood sign could not escape a facelift.
The iconic sign will get a makeover in time for its 90th birthday next year.
It will take about ten weeks to strip, prime and re-paint the sign - but no botox is required.
Once restored, it is hoped the sign will continue to have the same enduring impact on younger generations as a symbol of Hollywood hopes and dreams.
