A 17-year-old L-plate driver will appear in children's court today, charged with dangerous driving, after a teenager was fatally hit in Sydney's southwest.
The 14-year-old boy was struck by a Nissan Pulsar in Biloela Street in Villawood at about 8pm (AEDT) on Saturday and died early yesterday.
The 17-year-old was arrested and charged, before being refused bail to appear in Parramatta Children's Court today.
