A 55-year-old man has died while scuba diving off Western Australia's Rottnest Island.
Police say the man was scuba diving with family members 700 metres off Parker Point on the island, a popular holiday destination for families about 20km off the WA coast.
He was found unconscious about midday and taken to the rangers' boat, where a doctor was on board.
The doctor and nursing staff performed CPR on the man, but he couldn't be revived.
