Three members of the same family are due to front court today charged with murdering a 23-year-old man in Western Australia's South West.
Police say the man was killed after being attacked by a 20-year-old man and his 38-year-old mother and 40-year-old father outside a house in Bunbury 180 kilometres south of Perth on Friday.
Police say they were called to the scene of an incident where they found the body of Jarrad Fitzpatrick just after midnight.
Kenneth Smith who's 20, 40-year-old Colin Smith and 38-year-old Tanya Smith have each been charged with murder.
