Five people have been arrested after police discovered more than 200 cannabis plants in a factory in Melbourne's northwest and a rural property north of the city.
Police say officers executed search warrants at six properties about 6am (AEDT) on Tuesday morning after a five-month investigation into cannabis growers.
A 32-year-old Hillside man, a 35-year-old Hillside man, a 32-year-old Strathmerton man, a 45-year-old Sydenham man and a 45-year-old Hillside man were arrested after the raids.
The mature cannabis plants were found a factory in Melton and a rural property at Strathmerton.
Police also seized property including a Maserati, a BMW and a Harley Davidson motorcycle from a house in Austral Drive, Hillside.
Victoria Police said all five men were assisting with their inquiries.
