A fire at a smash repair business in Sydney's west was deliberately lit, police believe.
The business was well alight when firefighters were called to the blaze on Rowood Road in Prospect just after midnight (AEDT) on Monday, police said.
In the yard a stretch limousine was also alight.
Nobody was inside the building or vehicle and both fires were extinguished.
Preliminary investigations at the scene suggest the fire was deliberately lit, police said.
Anyone who noticed suspicious activity is asked to contact Quakers Hill Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
