Ajay Rochester, former host of The Biggest Loser, has lashed out Adro Sarnelli, who won the show in 2006.
The pair became involved in an online war of words after Sarnelli referred to Rochester as 'massive' on Facebook.
Rochester hit back via her personal blog, revealing some of the show's more extreme weight loss tactics in the process.
According to Rochester, contestants were allowed to complete their final weigh in days before the grande finale was aired, allowing them to recover and look fresh for the cameras.
The former host also claimed Tea tree oil was used as a slimming agent to reduce food cravings.
She accused Sarnelli of bullying producers in order to stay on the show.
Sarnelli dismissed the allegations as 'ridiculous', saying he deserved to be in the finale and pushed his body to the limits in order to win the show.
